1. Q : Are you and your team Balinese ? If we book the trip from you, can you or your team explain in case we want to know about Balinese culture and tradition ?
A : Yes, all driver in my team was born, grow up and live in Bali. So you will get the real authentic explanation about Balinese culture from our team.
2. Q : What type of car do you have?
A : We have various cars in our team, small size (city car), medium car, family size car.
3. Q : Do you have air conditioner car?
A : All vehicles in our team have full air conditioning.
4. Q : Do you serve minibus services?
A : Yes by request.
5. Q : How can we book your services?
A : All bookings could be sent to our Whatsapp chat or by email which is written at the bottom at every page on our website.
6. Q : Do we have to pay in advance?
A : No payment in advance required, all payments are on the spot except for any activity based on agreement by WhatsApp chat or email.
7. Q : What is the price charge of the daily tour?
A : We will serve you like a family. We want to give you our best offer. All the prices will be based on the destination you choose or how much time you need for each trip.
8. Q : Why did you not directly inform the price charge for daily trips?
A : Based on our motto “get the true Bali experience”, we want our customers to enjoy every second of their time during their holiday in Bali. It’s about the quality of your holiday time, not just moving quickly from one destination to another. Some tourists want to visit as many destinations as possible without caring about their quality time in each destination, so in this case they will visit more destinations than usual, and the price charge will be more. Except they book the package tour from our website, we’ve limited how many places in each package so they enjoy their tour.
9. Q : How long usually people go for a day trip so they can enjoy every second of their tour ?
A : For more than 16 years experience to drive and guide our customer, for one day trip maximum they will enjoy 8 or 9 hours. More than that they will be too tired especially when they come with family and children. But all based on their request. If they want longer than 8 or 9 hours, we’ll be ready for it.
10. Q : Can you help us to choose what to visit, what to do and which is the best area to stay ?
A : Absolutely yes we can. You can call or chat me (Putu) on WhatsApp at anytime to discuss everything you want to know. But because I’m not a man behind the table (I’m also handle customer by myself), sometime will be late reply. But I will reply every message for sure.
11. Q : Why you did not create your website system automatic ? For example automatic payment system and auto response ?
A . First reason is, to be honest we are just a small community in a small village in Ubud, Bali.
Second reason is, we are human not robot. We want to serve you as human, as family. All the answer you will get are from human not by robot or AI. What is more important that that ? We threat you as human and family or as robot ? The most important thing for us is the interaction between our customer and our team.
